What is the Return Policy for DMS Loan?

DMS Loan is provided free of charge for one day.  Due to the short-term use nature of this program, the return policy is 3 days from the date of purchase.  The "Tools"/"License DMS Loan" menu option should be used within 3 days of purchase to request a refund, or if that feature is inaccessible, an email request needs to be sent to support@dms-ent.com requesting a refund within 3 days of purchase.

When buying software products from DMS Enterpriseware, can I pay with a check, money order, Discover card, or other form of payment? Do you accept CODs?

Unfortunately we cannot accept CODs, checks or money orders.  We do however accept VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, or Discover cards.
